The first is to raise awareness among non technical people of the ETD topic.This briefing is intended for people who are decision makers in organisation and aims to equip them with enough understanding that they can probe sufficiently to satisfy themselves the issue is under control.The second aim is potentially to offer support in the form of a business service. As may be evident by now, it helps to have experience of dealing with this issue.Visibility of it can be hard to come by, so a template for ETD reporting is in development, for those clients who feel they need one.
